The arrangement for transportation of liquid or gas has an underwater sealed steel pipeline with underground pump or compressor stations located in pits under the sea bottom having a cargo elevator for large equipment The elevator is a cover of a lock of the cargo elevator rising to the surface on cables It has in the upper part a lift of the well of the pit coming out to the sea bottom and also has an exit on the day surface through pit wells (minimum through two) whose upper part is equipped in floating underwater turrets.
