BENTGRASS GROWTH PROMOTING SUBSTANCE AND THE REFERENCE GENE THEREOF

Substances promoting Bentgrass growth and reference genes thereof are provided, which substances are elicitors secreted from microorganisms when they are contacted with plants that induce plant disease resistance mechanism including PGPR(plant growth promoting rhizobacteria), so that the substance can be useful as biological agricultural medicines. The substances promoting Bentgrass growth elicitor BA01 and EB-1 are provided. A gene cyc2 of Bentgrass having the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 is provided. A gene pr of Bentgrass having the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:2 is provided. The method for reference of the Bentgrass growth promoting substance comprises the steps of: treating the genes cyc2 and pr of Bentgrass with a suspepted Bentgrass growth promoting substance; amplifying the genes with RT-PCR; and measuring the expression patterns of the genes. The method for promoting the Bentgrass growth comprises treating Bentgrass with the substances promoting Bentgrass growth elicitor BA01 and EB-1.
