PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic personal cabinet which can be personally carried with and used, for automatically setting computer use environments of personal setup, a user's personal file and the like without allowing a user to be conscious regardless of a computer apparatus so as to provide totally the same environment as when a user's personal computer is used when the user uses a shared computer. SOLUTION: In a detachable and portable hard disk device, software for operating a portable electronic personal cabinet so as to operate the hard disk device and the computer device integrally, a personal environment setup file, and a personal file are included, wherein in the place of the equipped hard disk device, it operates for the personal file integrally with the computer instrument under the personal environment.
