<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of washing a cylindrical vessel or a tubular body by which contaminant adhered onto its inner wall surface can be evenly removed. <P>SOLUTION: Inside the cylindrical vessel or the tubular body onto the inner wall surface of which the contaminant adhered, a washing liquid injection nozzle which is constituted by respectively providing a plurality of slantingly forward injection ports for injecting washing liquid in a forward slant direction toward an axial direction and a plurality of slantingly backward injection ports for injecting the washing liquid in a backward slant direction toward an axial direction, is inserted. In the washing method of the cylindrical vessel or the tubular body, the washing liquid is injected from the slantingly forward injection ports and the slantingly backward injection ports to the inner wall surface while continuously or intermittently moving the washing liquid injection nozzle forward and backward relatively to the cylindrical vessel or the tubular body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
