<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel excellent in an adhesive property between a phosphor layer and a support body, and enhanced in sensitivity, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In this radiation image conversion panel having the support body and the phosphor layer formed thereon by a vapor-deposition method, the phosphor layer is constituted of a phosphor comprising a phosphor mother compound and an activator, and a substrate layer comprising the phosphor mother compound and having a value of a relative density lower than that of the phosphor layer is provided between the support body and the phosphor layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
