PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device wherein a container for housing an electronic circuit component and a lid are sealed by a sealing material, which excels in heat resistance and a waterproof property, and which allows the repetitious opening and closing of the container and the lid and makes the container and the lid and the electronic circuit component reusable. SOLUTION: The electronic device 10 comprises the electronic circuit component (not show in Figure), a case 3 which is composed of the container 1 and the lid 2 and houses the electronic circuit component, and the sealing member 4 existing between the container 1 and the lid 2.
