PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition made flame retardant with a non-halogen flame retardant. SOLUTION: A polylactic acid resin is compounded with an aromatic condensed phosphate compound. The addition amount of the aromatic condensed phosphate compound is preferably 6-25 parts to 100 parts of the polylactic acid resin. By this, without using a halogen-based flame retardant that generates a halogen gas or possibly induces a dioxin, the highly flame-retardant polylactic acid resin composition can be provided.
