PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-leaded ceramic color composition capable of baking on a glass plate at a low temperature. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 60-90% glass powder, 10-40% inorganic pigment powder, and 0-15% inorganic filler in mass percent, and this ceramic color composition comprises a glass powder comprising 35-55% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 10-30% ZnO, 0.5-12% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 5-10% Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0.5-10% TiO<SB>2</SB>, 8-25% Li<SB>2</SB>O+Na<SB>2</SB>O, etc., in mol%. This ceramic color paste comprises the ceramic color composition, a binder and an organic solvent. In this manufacturing method of a glass plate attached with a ceramic color layer, it is prepared by baking the ceramic composition in the ceramic color paste on a glass plate.
