PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pincher capable of easily setting/removing an object with an excellent operability and even weak force and stably retaining the pinched object with various thicknesses. SOLUTION: A lower part of a main pinching member has a form opening at least downward. The part with the opening form has a pinching part and a pivoting part in two positions at least on a lower end side. Through a pivoting part of a sub-pinching member, the assistant pinching member is turnably pivoted via an elastic body on the pivoting part of the main pinching member. At the recovery of the elastic body, the pinching part of the sub-pinching member is brought into contact with the pinching part of the main pinching member. The pinching part of the sub-pinching member is provided with a larger-diameter part and a smaller-diameter part that are different in diameter centered on the pivotal point of the pivoting part, wherein the larger-diameter part is provided for pinching a relatively thin object and the smaller-diameter part is provided for pinching a relatively thick object.
