PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database system or the like capable of providing an information input screen and a display screen using one shared template.

SOLUTION: A server 101 has a merchandise information database 301 and a form database 302 for storing a corresponding template 320 shared by an information confirmation screen 1000 and an information input screen 1200. The template 320 is described in a language written on a Web page filled with items 702 and layout information 701 or the like. The template 320 matching merchandise information selected from a terminal device 103 is read from the form database 302, and the information confirmation screen 1000 on which the merchandise information is displayed according to the template 320, and the information input screen 1200 enabling the display or an input of the merchandise information according to the template 320 are provided.
