PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a method for obtaining a resin composition of a uniform dispersion of an inorganic compound in a polymer resin having an alicyclic type structure as an amount of a solvent remained in the above resin composition can be efficiently reduced. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a resin composition containing an inorganic compound and a polymer resin having an alicyclic type structure comprises a process of obtaining a solution of a polymer resin having an alicyclic type structure and an inorganic compound dispersed and a process of introducing the above resin solution into a continuous thin-membrane drying apparatus and of vaporizing to remove a solvent in the above resin solution under a reduced pressure in which the end ultimate pressure becomes to 10 kPa or less and moreover at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the above resin.
