<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restablish connection with a minimum opposite party even when a server device controlling call connection cannot be accessed in a communication device used for a VoIP (Voice over IP) telephone system. <P>SOLUTION: A call control section 401 for the communication device 4 obtains a telephone number by call-out. When connection to the communication device corresponding to the telephone number to the server device is required, the connection using an IP address as a destination is required when the IP address corresponding to the telephone number is stored in a corresponding storage section 403b when a response is not acquired from the server device.
