PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition which has a liquid state at the room temperature and capable of easily forming a thermoplastic resin film by a thermal treatment using a halogen-free resin and a solvent that has not a doubt of endocrine disrupter action, and to provide a thermoplastic polymer film obtained therefrom. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polymer composition has a liquid state at the room temperature, comprises 100 pts.wt. of (a) a solvent, preferably a terpene-based compound, having a boiling point of 150-180°C and capable of dissolving a thermoplastic polymer (b), and 5-100 pts.wt. of (b) the polymer and preferably has a viscosity at 25°C of 10-1,000,000 mPa s.
