FIELD: weapons and ammunition. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bodies of transport-launch tubular containers made from composite materials. Container body comprises multilayer tube composed of bearing outer, inner and intermediate layers and inner and outer ring frames: end face (1st version) and end face, and interned face frames (2nd version). Inner frames are arranged on ring perforated bearing belts of intermediate layer inner component consisting of the set of jointed together pulled-through hollow sections with preferable cross-section of semi ring oriented in tube generators. Said sections have solely shaping walls: outer, inner and radial, and sections having all shaping walls and in-section walls all-pulled-through therewith. Inner component of the layer is composed by inner shaping walls of all sections. Its support belts for end face frames are composed by perforated ledges of all sections in face zones. Support belts for inter-end face frames represent bottoms of walls formed in annular cavities with remote other walls: outer, radial forming walls and in-section walls. Ends of sections adjoining the frames are covered by transverse thrusts of mate shape while openings of ledges and bottoms are covered by polymer rivets. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability. ^ 45 cl, 4 dwg |
