PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel fixing structure capable of preventing rattling and noise between a flywheel and a crankshaft, and a motorcycle employing the same structure. SOLUTION: This flywheel fixing structure is for an engine E provided with the crankshaft 17 protruded leftward of a crankcase 10, having a spline in an outer circumferential surface, and a rotor (flywheel) 32 coupled with the crankshaft 17 by the spline, in which the rotor 32 is held on the crankshaft 17 by a screw 39. It is provided with an axial force-rotational force converting mechanism 50 (a washer 51 and a latch part 320 of the rotor 32) to convert axial force added to the rotor 32 into rotational force, and a spring 36 to add the axial force to the axial force-rotational force converting mechanism 50.
