摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode catalyst that largely forms a three phase interface and has high active catalytic abilities, which is constituted from a carrier having a porous structure mainly formed of a carbon particle of nano size and a nano particle of which the size of a material having catalytic abilities is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of forming the carrier having the porous structure mainly formed of the carbon nano particle of nanometer size manufactured by controlling the atmospheric gas pressure by means of a laser ablation in the atmospheric gas and a step of depositing the catalyst particle of nanometer size of which the particle size is controlled by the differential type electromigration classification method in the gas flow to simultaneously conduct the formation of the carrier and the supporting of the catalyst particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
