摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating material composition for enhancing combustibility and improving combustion efficiency of an internal combustion engine, and to provide a method for improving the combustion efficiency using the same. SOLUTION: The coating material composition for improving the combustion efficiency is obtained by adding fine particles of a mixture comprising 2-10 wt.% of tourmaline as a natural silicate mineral, 2-10 wt.% of garnet, 2-10 wt.% of mica and 94-70 wt.% of fired mineral oxides comprising lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, yttrium, zirconium, titanium, calcium, silicon, or the like, to a synthetic resin, and a coated layer of the composition emits active hydrogen and active oxygen.
