PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing capable of maintaining smooth operation even if dust intrudes. SOLUTION: Multiple main small balls 13a and auxiliary small balls 13b smaller than the main small ball are freely arranged in a half-spherical recessed surface 12a of a ball receiver 12 having the half-spherical recessed surface 12a, and one large ball 14 is placed thereon, and held freely to rotate in any direction, and the whole of them is housed in a casing 15 having an opening 15a wherein an upper part of the large ball 14 is projected. Since a sufficient clearance is generated around the main small ball 13a by interposing the auxiliary small ball 13b between the main small balls 13a, the dust intruded inside comes together in the clearance, and hindrance of rotation of the main small balls 13a by the dust can be prevented to smooth rotation of the large ball 14.
