PURPOSE: A process for preparing a tea product containing Lycium chinense MILL. is provided, therefor the tea contains healthful components of Lycium chinense MILL. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing a tea product containing Lycium chinense MILL. comprises the steps of: steaming a mixture of 15 to 30 wt.% of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramart., 10 to 30 wt.% of Lycium chinense MILL., 9 to 17 wt.% of Cassia tora L., 5 to 15 wt.% of ginseng and 3 to 11 wt.% of Glycyrrizae Radix with 110 to 130 deg. C of steam for 20 to 30 minutes; mixing the steamed mixture thereof with 10 to 30 wt.% of dried Rehmanniae Radix; drying the mixture thereof in a dryer at 80 to 90 deg. C for 20 to 30 minutes and with natural wind for 10 minutes; pulverizing the dried mixture; and exposing the pulverized mixture to ultraviolet rays for 10 minutes.
