PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a game medium dispenser and a game medium dispensing system which enable the management of the various operation histories covering the operation contents, the internal processing and the like of the game medium dispenser with the operation terminal. SOLUTION: In the game medium dispenser which executes various internal processings based on the varied command signals from the operation terminal, a command signal recording part 62 for recording the various command signals from the operation terminal is provided with an operation history recording circuit 66 for recording the varied operation histories based on the various command signals. Based on the record contents of the operation history recording circuit 66, this enables the management of the various operation histories covering at least the operation contents and the internal processing with the operation terminal which has accessed the game medium dispenser.
