<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus efficiently taking an image without photographing error by prohibiting the photographing while changing a pattern shape or a presenting position of a fixation target around an approximate one point and preventing from taking the image in a state where the sight line of a subject is not fixed. <P>SOLUTION: This ophthalmologic photographing apparatus is provided with a frontal eye part observing means observing the frontal eye part of an eye to be examined; a fundus oculi observing means observing a fundus oculi image of the eye to be examined; a changeover means changing over between the frontal eye part observing state by the frontal eye part observing means and the fundus oculi observing state by the fundus oculi observing means; a fixation target presenting means presenting the fixation target guiding the sight line of the eye to be examined; and a fixation target highlighting means highlighting the fixation target.
