<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved optical structure for a panel display, which displaces a conventional backlight module supplying only a white color, lengthens a life of the panel display and reduces a cost thereof by using the optical structure. <P>SOLUTION: The optical structure includes the backlight module equipped with a light source to provide first light with a first color and a polarizer having at least one fluorescent layer which is excited with the first light so as to generate second light with a white color or mixed light with a second color. The polarizer has at least one fluorescent layer which is excited with the first light with the first color.
