PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical component fixing structure capable of fixing both an electrical component and a wire harness to one stud bolt, omitting a nut tightening work to fix a fixing portion of the electrical unit to the stud bolt, reducing the number of stud bolts, and reducing the assembly man-hour. SOLUTION: In the electrical component fixing structure, a plurality of fixing portions provided on a body of an electrical component are fixed to stud bolts of a vehicle body. A harness fixing clamp which is fixed to the stud bolts by binding the wire harnesses is provided, and in the electrical component, at least one of the plurality of fixing portions is fixed to the stud bolt by the harness fixing clamp.
