PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content management system for inserting biometrics information in contents as an electronic watermark. SOLUTION: The content management system includes: a content transmission / reception means for receiving contents from a content author terminal used by a content author; a biometrics information reception means for receiving biometrics information of the content author from the content author terminal; a biometrics information binarization means for expressing the received biometrics information by an optional binary value to generate a binary image; and a biometrics information writing means for inserting the electronic watermark in the contents based on the biometrics information. The content management system inserts the electronic watermark in the contents by setting a region with the same size as that of the generated binary image in the contents and changing color data of pixels at the same positions as those of pixels including the shape of the biometrics information in the generated binary image among pixels in the set region into a prescribed color change value.
