A shopping hook with stopper device is provided to maintain a withdrawn or received state of a hook member from the external impact while the hook member works, and to increase convenience in the use by enabling a user to easily sense a working state of the hook member. A shopping hook with stopper device comprises a first stopper(30) connected to a hook member(3) for a vehicle received in a housing and rotated together with the hook member, and a second stopper(40) moving along an inner space(36) of the first stopper. In the first stopper, the inner space of predetermined length is formed along the circumferential direction and elastic fitting parts(38) for elastic fitting action are formed to both ends of the inner space. Fitting projections(48), to be fitted to the elastic fitting parts are formed to the second stopper.
