PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a highly water-permeable purifier through which the flow of groundwater artery can pass, by a small amount of drilling in a highly deep zone in the ground. SOLUTION: After drilling the ground by normally rotating the drilling shaft of an auger to drill the ground, soil in a drilled hole is discharged onto the ground while keeping the normal rotation or after stopping the shaft rotation, in a lifting process. A water-permeable material and a purification agent are poured into the drilled hole from the vicinity of the tip end of the shaft to form a purification column body, and an operation for forming a new purification column body in the vicinity of, or adjacent to, above purification column body is repeated to generate a purification wall.
