<p>A bread making dough, in which hydration (completely mixed state) has been completed without forming gluten, is quickly obtained, thereby realizing ideal bread making process including separated steps of hydration and kneading. A noodle making dough, which enables noodle making immediately after the completion of hydration, is quickly obtained. A bonded matter or a mixture of a powdery material with a liquid material for medicinal or industrial use, which are unsuitable for mixing by stirring or treating over a long time, is quickly obtained without resort to mixing by stirring. A powdery material is spread and rotated along the inner wall of a cylinder while avoiding mixing by stirring with the use of newly developed blades which per se exert no screwing action on the powder material. While separating the powder material bonded to a liquid material from non-bonded matters owing to the inertia classification, the powdery material is uniformly bonded to the liquid material. To obtain this result, the liquid material, which is in the form of fine particles having such a size as preventing further migration after the formation of the bonding, is added at once from the rotation axis side to the powdery material under rotation.</p> |
