COSMETIC COMPOSITION HAVING ANTI-INFLAMMATORY, SKIN-PROTECTING, SKIN-ELASTIC EFFECTS WHICH COMPRISE MIXED PLANTS EXTRACT

A cosmetic composition comprising mixed plant extracts is provided, which composition has anti-inflammatory, skin membrane-protecting, skin-elastic and skin cell-growing effects, so that the cosmetic composition shows improved skin elasticity enhancement, stratum comeum removement, and skin moisturing. The cosmetic composition comprises 0.01 to 10 %(w/v) of mixed plant extracts containing extracts of 35 to 45 wt.% of Angelica gigas Nakai, 35 to 45 wt.% of Cnidium officinale Makino, 15 to 25 wt.% of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata and 1 to 5 wt.% of Paeonia lactiflora PALL., wherein the mixed plant extracts are produced with vegetable squalane as an extraction solvent using supercritical extraction method; the supercritical extraction method employs carbon dioxide as carrier gas; and the composition has a formulation selected from skin lotion, nutritive lotion, nutritive cream, massage cream, nutritive essence, pack, make-up base, foundation and moisturing oil.
