STEAM COOKING APPARATUS

A steam cooking apparatus is provided to obtain uniform heating performance regardless of the size and position of food by making steam uniformly injected to each part of a cooking chamber. A steam cooking apparatus comprises a steam generator; a cooking chamber; a pipe line(21) guiding steam generated from the steam generator to the cooking chamber; and guide pillars(22) making the steam delivered to each part of the cooking chamber. The guide pillar is formed in an irregular curved surface. Each end of the guide pillars is formed toward each position of the inside of the cooking chamber.
