A visitor confirmation system by using a wireless communication is provided to comprise an interphone mounting a receiving conversion device and a wireless receiving system, so that the interphone can be connected with a mobile phone of an absent person when a visitor presses a door bell. An absent person operates a converting lever before going out, and converts an interphone function into a communication equipment function. The interphone converted into the communication equipment function transmits a signal voice generated when a visitor presses a door bell to predetermined wireless communication equipment. The visitor can be confirmed by making conversation with the absent person through the wireless communication equipment and the interphone.
