A device for regulating the height of an arm rest of a vehicle is provided to freely adjust the height according to body shapes of passengers by installing a lifting member between a console box and the arm rest and to prevent the arm rest from being moved down by fixing the arm rest in a predetermined position without external operations. A device for regulating the height of an arm rest(20) of a vehicle is composed of the arm rest positioned on an upper side of a tray(12) of a console box(10) to support arms; guide frames(22) arranged at four corners of the tray of the console box to support the arm rest from the predetermined height; and a lifting member(30) connected with at least one guide frame to lift up or down the guide frame to regulate the height of the arm rest.
