A one hand shower grip is provided to allow hair-washing using only one hand by attaching a suitable material compatible to a human skin onto a shower grip. The one hand shower grip includes a shower portion onto which a suitable material such as a silicone compatible to a human skin is attached. The shower portion is provided with multiple finger-shaped protrusions formed of the suitable material, so that the finger-shaped protrusions substitute one hand while hair-washing, even if a person having one discomfortable hand uses the one hand shower grip.
