PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device capable of preventing crosstalk from being generated with simple constitution, a driving means of the electrooptical device, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device is equipped with a plurality of scanning lines Y1 to Yn, a plurality of data lines X1 to Xm, a plurality of pixels 20 provided corresponding to intersections of the plurality of scanning lines Y1 to Yn and the plurality of data lines X1 to Xm, a scanning line driving circuit 12 which applies select voltages±Vs to the scanning lines Y1 to Yn in order, and a data line driving circuit 13 which applies data signals VD1 to VDm to the data lines X1 to Xm; and the absolute values of the select voltages±Vs outputted by the scanning line driving circuit 12 are varied in a predetermined 2nd period in the application period of the select voltages±Vs.
