PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lattice panel which enables a building with excellent strength and interior confort to be constructed by using a simple constitution and simple work, a construction method for a building, and the building. SOLUTION: The lattice panel is equipped with a first cross-shaped skeleton material, a second L-shaped skeleton material, and a frame material which is mounted on an outer peripheral part of a panel body assembled by preparing a proper number of the first skeleton materials, bringing them into continuous contact with one another, and bringing the second skeleton materials into continuous contact with an outer peripheral position of the first skeleton material.
