PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower bed stone rotation type mill capable of uniformly and finely pulverizing a material to manufacture pulverized material of excellent quality. SOLUTION: A material supply hole 10 is formed at the center of a mano 2, a tip part 23 of a rotary shaft 20 provided at the center of a bed stone 3 is protruded from a lower grinding surface 21, and the tip part 23 of the rotary shaft is inserted in a lower hole 12 of the material supply hole 10. A material supply space 24 is formed around the tip part 23 of the rotary shaft with an inner surface of a lower hole 12 of the material supply hole 10 by a predetermined distance from an outer surface of the tip part 23 of the rotary shaft, and a material scraping projecting part 22 is provided on the tip part 23 of the rotary shaft.
