Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing a packing vinyl-envelope strip. The apparatus comprises a) a release roll for supplying a flat vinyl-tube strip wound therearound, a first and second rolls for forming a sealing line and a tearing line in the flat vinyl-tube strip while it passes between the first and second rolls, and c) a take-up roll for winding the flat vinyl-tube strip passed through between the first and second rolls, thereby producing a packing vinyl-envelope trip having a sealing line and a tearing line in certain intervals. A method of manufacturing a packing vinyl-envelope strip is also disclosed. |
