<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep high power generating efficiency of a fuel cell by suppressing a temperature difference between the cooling liquid inlet and the cooling liquid outlet of the fuel cell, when reducing a cooling liquid flow. <P>SOLUTION: When reducing the cooling liquid flow to supply to a fuel cell stack 1, the change of the cooling liquid flow to be supplied to the fuel cell stack 1 from a cooling liquid supply pump 2 is restricted so that the temperature difference between a cooling liquid temperature at the cooling liquid inlet of the fuel cell stack 1 and a cooling liquid temperature at the cooling liquid outlet of the fuel cell stack 1 is controlled to a prescribed value or less, by a controller 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
