PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dyed yarn having high stretchability and recovery and soft and bulky feeling and efficiently producible in high process passableness, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The dyed yarn consists of a polyester multifilament based on polytrimethylene terephthalate, having a twist multiplier(K) of 700-9,000, stretch elongation percentage of≥20% and elastic recovery percentage of elongation of≥70%.
