PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule type medical device with which the recorded data can be taken out to the outside even when enough electric power is not supplied to an electronic circuit which acquires living body information. SOLUTION: Illumination and imaging are carried out by the electric power from a battery 20 and the imaged information is stored in a nonvolatile memory section 19. Even when the electric energy of the battery 20 is consumed, the device is attached to a capsule attaching unit 3 after taken out from the body and the battery is charged by optical electric supply from a luminescence section 9 so that the image information stored in the nonvolatile memory section 19 can be securely taken out by lighting a white LED 15 to be received by a photo-detector 8 disposed at the opposite side.
