<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel processing system that makes performs personnel processing jobs without directly logging in to a personnel management system, while solving the problems of leakage of personnel ordering job processes and personnel pay information and falsification. <P>SOLUTION: An application is made to a workflow system 14 from a client 15 and then the workflow process part 14A of the workflow system 14 causes an application information input means to display an application input screen matching a kind of an application. This creates application information for a subject based on a variety of personal information, with the created application information registered in a workflow database 14B. The application information created is referred by an approval/settlement process means to a preset approval/settlement route to perform approval and settlement processes.
