PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce noise, in particular, above a machine body in a cooling device for a construction machine. SOLUTION: The cooling device for the construction machine having an engine room 2B in which cooling air taken in from the outside of the machine flows and a cooling unit 30 set in the engine room 2B and cooled with the cooling air, comprises a cooling air intake part 25 formed on a machine body side wall face 22 forming the engine room 2B, and a partitioning member 26 with an opening 27 set to partition the engine room 2B into an upstream side and a downstream side in the cooling air flowing direction Y with a specified interval apart from the machine body side wall face 22 at the upstream side of the cooling air flowing direction of the cooling unit 30.
