PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong tomb with excellent aseismatic structure. SOLUTION: Fuselage stones 4 are provided flatly on a foundation 20 substantially in a rectangular frame shape, a lateral pair of stone-made charnel walls 5 and 5 for forming a charnel 6 are provided within the shell stones 4 on the foundation 2, and stone-made front and back cover plates 23 and 24 for closing the upper surface between the fuselage stone 4 and each charnel wall 5 and the upper surfaces of the front end and back end of the charnel 6, and stone-made lateral cover plates 25 and 25 for closing the upper surface between the fuselage stone 4 and each charnel wall 5 are supported and fixed on the fuselage stones 4 and the charnel walls 5. The back cover plate and the lateral cover plates are partially cut out to form a substantially rectangular opening part 30, and a tenon 17f formed on the lower surface of the lower base 17a of a grave stone is fitted to the inside edge 31 of the opening part 30 by mortise and tenon joint to prevent the longitudinal and lateral slippage of the grave stone.
