INCLINATION ADJUSTER OF RECORDING HEAD IN INK JET PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination adjuster of a recording head in an ink jet printer capable of adjusting inclination of the recording head with high accuracy through a simple arrangement without requiring a large and heavy carriage and high accuracy components. SOLUTION: The inclination adjuster of a recording head in an ink jet printer comprises a fixing section of a recording head arranged with a plurality of nozzles, and a member provided at the fixing section and pressing the side face of the recording head along the arranging direction of nozzles wherein the inclination of the recording head can be adjusted in the arranging direction of nozzles by pressing the side face of the recording head with the pressing member. The pressing member has a shaft moving linearly along the arranging direction of nozzles and presses the side face of the recording head with that shaft. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
