An anti-interlocking hydraulic circuit is provided to exhaust operating hydraulic pressure of a low/reverse brake and a 2/4 brake by controlling first and second fail safe valves regardless of the increase of line pressure by applying reducing pressure to a port. An anti-interlocking hydraulic circuit is composed of a port(23) for controlling a first fail safe valve to supply operating hydraulic pressure to a low/reverse brake(L/RB) and a port for controlling a second fail safe valve(37) to supply operating hydraulic pressure to a 2/4 brake(2/4B). A reducing pressure pipe line(39) is connected to the ports to supply reducing pressure lower than the line pressure fed from a regulator valve(21). The reducing pressure line is coupled to the first fail safe valve to act reducing pressure at the port controlling the first fail safe valve to supply the operating hydraulic pressure to the low/reverse brake. Each hydraulic pipe line is connected to act operating hydraulic pressure of an overdrive clutch to a port controlling to exhaust the operating hydraulic pressure of the low/reverse brake against the reducing pressure, to act operating hydraulic pressure of the 2/4 brake to a port, and to act the line pressure to a port.
