A moisture and humidity removing method of a sideview mirror for a vehicle is provided to eliminate moisture from a surface of the sideview mirror by forming an air inlet in a rear body of the sideview mirror and an air outlet in an edge of the sideview mirror. An air inlet(5) is formed in an upper rear part of a body of a sideview mirror for a vehicle to flow air in, and an air outlet(6) is formed in an edge of the body of the sideview mirror for inserting a mirror to discharge air. Wind is streamed into the air inlet of the sideview mirror and discharged out of the air outlet of the sideview mirror. Moisture and water are dried naturally and removed from a surface of the sideview mirror while circulating air from the air inlet to the air outlet during traveling. Air is discharged to the surface of the sideview mirror through the air outlet while traveling the vehicle, and an accident is prevented by obtaining a visual field through the clean sideview mirror.
