A frame installation structure for mounting a ceiling finishing material is provided to reduce material cost by minimizing working process and defect in attaching the ceiling finishing material such as plasterboard to a ceiling. A frame installation structure for mounting a ceiling finishing material is composed of plural anchor bolts(110) driven into a ceiling, a carrier(120) connected to a lower part of the anchor bolt, an M-bar(13) engaged with an assembling projection in a lower part of the carrier, a connecting member(150) formed between a screw part of the anchor bolt and the carrier and composed of a long hole combined with the anchor bolt to reduce assembling tolerance, and a clip(160) combined with the connecting member and the carrier simultaneously and composed of a connecting member assembling part and a carrier assembling part.
