DISPLAY SYNCHRONIZATION SIGNAL GENERATION APPARATUS IN THE DIGITAL RECEIVER AND DECODER

A display synchronous signal generation device and a decoder in a digital broadcasting reception system are provided to output a stable picture although a transmission speed of a received digital broadcasting signal is changed by generating a synchronous signal of an image signal to be displayed independently of a decoding period. A pixel clock generating unit(210) generates a pixel clock on the basis of a certain basic clock. A synchronous signal generating unit(220) interworks to the pixel clock generated in the pixel clock generating unit, and generates a horizontal synchronous signal and a vertical synchronous signal of an image to be displayed. The pixel clock has a frequency suitable for an operation condition of a device for displaying the image.
