PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an optical demultiplexing device compact and reduce costs thereof, which demultiplexes lights from a plurality of input optical fibers. SOLUTION: The optical demultiplexing device is provided with a plurality of input optical fibers 6a, 6f, 7a, 7f, a grating demultiplexer 10, and a plurality of output optical fiber groups 6b-6e, 6g-6j, 7b-7e, 7g-7j. The input optical fibers 6a, 6f and the ouput optical fiber groups 6b-6e, 6g-6j are arranged in a row, in the direction of X on the side of (+)Y direction, in which the grooves of a demultiplexer 10 are extended on the basis of the demultiplexer 10, and the input optical fibers 7a, 7f and the output optical fiber groups 7b-7e, 7g-7j are are arranged in a row in the direction of X on the side of (-)Y direction, in which the grooves of a demultiplexer 10 are extended, with the demultiplexer 10 as the reference.
