PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool box in which trowels used for plastering work or the like are efficiently and orderly stored, and the storage and the carrying are easily conducted. SOLUTION: The vertical wall 3 is arranged inside a container body 1 apart at a specified interval from the side wall. A cut 4 for inserting the neck part of the trowel is formed to the upper end part of the vertical wall 3. The lid 2 with such a depth that the lid is closed in a state of locking the neck part of the trowel by inserting it to the cut 4 of the vertical wall 3, is provided. The upper end of the vertical wall 3 is formed lower than the upper end of the container body 1. Therefore, the thickness of the lid 2 can be thinned. The vertical wall 3 arranged inside the container body 1 is arranged along the whole periphery of the inner face on the side wall of the container body. Thus, a storage space 9 surrounded by the vertical wall 3 is formed. Tools or the like other than the trowel can be stored.
