[PROBLEMS] To provide a mat less displacing when placed on a primary mat. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This mat comprises a raschel knitted fabric stuck on the rear surface thereof. The raschel knitted fabric comprises chain stitch yarns as warp yarns and insert yarns as weft yarns. The warp yarn comprises chain stitched ground yarns (3a) and (3b) and a pile yarn (4) forming loop piles in specified courses and chain-stitched between the specified courses. The pile yarn (4) comprises two monofilaments (5) and (5). In the length of the loop piles, the monofilaments (5) and (5) are twined at least one time. When the loop piles are cut near the top thereof, cut piles are formed. The cut piles are untwined between the monofilaments (5) and (5) and the monofilaments (5) and (5) are erected aslant. When the mat is placed on the surface of the primary mat, the monofilaments of the cut piles on the rear surface of the mat bite into the front surface of the primary mat to prevent the mat from being displaced.
